From the author: Unfortunately linkedin2twitter is offline indefinitely.
The API I built it on to match LinkedIn accounts to Twitter accounts has gone away permanently, so until/unless I find a suitable replacement the app won't work. Sorry about that. Thanks to everyone who used the app or sent feedback! -Roy
